Coaches/Team Managers: How to Register a Team for Youth Soccer:

  1. Click here to log in to DaySmart. You will be directed to your profile account.
    1. Don’t have a DaySmart account? Click the link above to create one. This is needed in order to register your team.
  2. On the top right of your screen, click on “Registration”
  3. Click on YOUR name when it asks “Who are you registering?”
    1. You need to add yourself to the team so you can invite players/have access to the schedule/send messages to your team.
  4. Click on “Teams & Leagues”
  5. Click on “Register a Team”
  6. Select “Yes” when it asks “Are you the coach or manager?”
  7. Select the appropriate Season you are registering your team for
    1. If you try to register a team before registration opens, you will not see the Season listed.
  8. Select the Division you are registering your team to play in
    1. Don’t know what division your team should be in? Click here to view the age chart.
  9. If you are registering an already existing team from previous sessions, select “Register past team and roster,” select the team from the drop down menu, rename the team in the text box if needed.
  10. If you are registering a brand new team, select “Register new team,” check off “I’m registering as a coach and am not obligated to pay.”
  11. Click next, and you are all set!

How to Invite Players (adding players to your roster):

  1. Click here to log into your DaySmart account.
  2. After you log in, and your team is created, you should see your team on your home page.
  3. Select "Invite" and enter the e-mail of the players you would like to have join your team.
  4. The player/parent must select the link that is provided in the e-mail they receive to join the team
