2-Day Speed Camps: improve speed, agility, strength & power! 90-minute sessions of Speed & Agility and personalized instruction. Register for one OR both days!

 

Ages 9-13: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Ages 14-18: 10:30am - 12pm

About Zach Manolakes

CSCS Athletic Development Specialist

 

Zach Manolakes is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as USAW and FMS Level 1 certified. He has worked alongside professional athletes within multiple professional team settings, including the NWSL, MLS, NBA, and MLS.

 

Zach loves helping athletes of all ages and abilities reach greater heights within their respective sport. He will take any individual to the next level! We look forward to the training opportunities that he will provide here at Soccer Planet.
